Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.
Delivery Time
We currently ship across India.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days
Remote Locations: 7–12 Business Days
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
From time to time, FOOLZ may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number while placing an order.
FOOLZ shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Courier partner delays
High order volumes
Remote delivery locations
In such situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Please include:
Order Number
Photos of the package (if damaged)
A brief description of the issue
Our team will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on selected products and locations, subject to serviceability.
FOOLZ reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, customers, or PIN codes without prior notice.
International Shipping
Currently, FOOLZ ships only within India.
