At FOOLZ (foolz.in), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:
You received a damaged product.
You received a defective product.
You received the wrong item.
You received an item with missing parts or accessories (if applicable).
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, please provide:
Your Order Number
Photos or videos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
Minor variations in color due to screen settings
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Products returned without original packaging
Products requested for return after the return window has expired
Return Approval
All return requests are subject to verification by our support team.
FOOLZ reserves the right to approve or reject any return request if the submitted evidence does not support the claim.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used while placing the order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.
Replacement
Where applicable, FOOLZ may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The decision between replacement and refund will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges (if any), convenience fees, or other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time:
Check your bank account.
